I am regularly using Ashwagandha, this power is exactly same as Ashwagandha except the name.. looks like seller is giving Ashwagandha in the name of maca power. Second part the label is removable, you can easily remove the lebel and put something else on that. So it's 100% sure that it's not maca power, even I googled the difference between both power and their is huge difference in taste. So guys whole crux is if you are the person like "Trust me bro" then you can purchase it and see how your money disappear from your wallet without giving you any betterment. It tastes exactly like ashwagandha powder and could not find any difference between the two, which creates doubt about it being maca root powder. Seems like ashwagandha powder supplied in the name of maca root powder. Although, I find relaxed and have good sleep after 1 month of use of the powder, but, still the same properties are being exhibited by ashwagandha. So next time I will purchase the maca root powder from offline store.

This is the first time I tried this Maca powder. It is no way taste like coffee but I think it works as a adeptogen. I didn't like the smell. I used in warm water as suggested in the guidelines. But, the guidelines said to consume before bedtime but many warned not to do so. So, I take in day time. In sleep, you don't need extra energy. At many places, it is said that it can affect our sleep if we take it before bed.
