Works great
I used it to drill 50 holes in aluminum soffit. It cut clean with no issues.

Worked as expected
My house is old. I have installed LED lights in most of the rooms at this point, and these hole saws never seem to last too long. This one worked fine for it's purpose, and was cheaper than the one I bought before from Home Depot. So that helps. For context, all of the ceilings in my home are double layered drywall, with a layer of wire mesh in between, which is beyond annoying. The teeth on these saws always get worn down fairly quickly because of this. I'm sure that eventually I will have to replace this one as well. The last project I did was in my living room, which required 10 lights. I used this saw for about 6 of the 10 holes needed. The teeth on this one still seem good so far.

Did the job but not the best
I was drilling 8 - 3 1/2 holes in 3/4 inch #1 pine. This hole saw adequately did the job. I worked it down slow, stopped 2 - 4 times on each hole to vacuum it out and let the blade cool and the holes came out good with no burning and a smooth cut. I did drill a pilot hole in the center which easily kept the hole saw straight. The release spring worked well and kept the blade from binding. I would recommend this for small jobs as it is economical but not if you want to keep using it for a long time. 2 teeth broke while using it but did not seem to affect it. Warning, when opening in the box, look for the set screw as mine was loose and I almost lost it. I would buy again as I do not think I will use this hole size again.

Fast&furious
Bought this hole saw to enlarge a hole in my garage for a vent fan. It states it is not quite 3” in diameter but it worked perfectly to make the hole 3”. Garage has a “double” wood siding type design and is made of good hard wood as my garage is quite old. This saw made quick work of cutting the wood out and suffered zero wear to the saw itself. It is a good quality product.Only downfall is that the arbor will tighten up to the saw making it very hard to remove it but that is not really necessary as it is a single saw.Box is in Chinese but the saw itself is clearly marked in English.Comes with TWO extra bits as well as an Allen key to loosen the Allen screw holding in the bit and is easily accessible from the top of the tool.A nice spring is with the bit which helps in removal of the plug.I’ve only used it once so far but it seems to be a well made product.A+ would recommend.

Good product
Something negative that I saw was that it weighed a lot, I never read the specifications, otherwise, good product

Arbor Does Not Lock In PLace
This is an okay hole saw - I've used it to drill a few holes for recessed lights in drywall with some success. It has a design flaw, however. The arbor threads into the hole saw, but there is nothing provided to 'lock' the arbor into place. (This feature is only provided in hole saws 5-3/8" and larger from this seller.) When you're using this hole saw with a cordless drill with electric brake, when you let go of the trigger the drill brakes to a stop, but the hole saw can continue to spin, and will unthread itself from the arbor. You have to be careful to hold the drill upright until the saw stops spinning, or it can come flying off of the arbor. This caught me by surprise the first time I used it - I'm lucky there was no damage caused.

Not correctly sized - beware if you need accuracy
I needed to cut four separate four inch holes into some plywood in order to mount some sconces with a round conduit.I didn't need a full set of hole saws that I would never use, so I thought I would buy just the one I wanted, and for ten bucks, all I needed it to do was cut four holes. The first hole was great - went through the plywood fairly effortlessly and it was very round. But the conduit wouldn't fit.Out comes my tape measure and for something that allegedly cuts a four inch hole, the measurement was about 3.75 inches instead. That quarter of an inch might as well been a mile.Luckily my neighbor had a hole saw I could borrower and Amazon took this back, no questions asked.
