Is there a non-soy version of a lecithin granule?

This is liquid soya lecithin, I do not know anything about a non-soy version.

what is the shelf life of the granuales? How should they be stored?

I actually find it best to store them in the refrigerator, just to maintain their freshness. They are a lipid, after all, and oils maintain their freshness best either in the fridge or in the freezer.
