Blank Screen Issue
Did not work. Wasted several hours trying to troubleshoot. Blank screen and No Signal issue. Tried different cables, different laptops but still no good. Avoid this "renewed" item. Returned for refund. Got the XP-PEN Artist 12 instead - that worked straight out of the box!

Good but greasy
So the product is really good in all manners price, simple, accurate etc. However the screen always looks greasy. I clean and clean and clean the thing but it always looks dirty. I've had this problem as soon as I took it out of the box. So I haven't even touched it yet but it still looks dirty.

Display not turning on.
It was Christmas present for my son. The display is not turning on despite troubleshooting as per user manual. All connections are correct. Had to send it back.
