Arm is defective--very loose will not stabilize to be able to staple properly. Requested a return on Oct 3, still waiting for pick up w the return label from UPS. Have responded x2 with no reply. Will not order again.

My students have supply carts for each group, and these were a quick and inexpensive addition to their supplies.
