⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy Fix for a Running RV Toilet!
Not a Vine review. I bought the Thetford 42049 Water Valve Style II Kit because my RV toilet wouldn’t stop running, and it worked perfectly to solve the issue. The kit came with everything needed for the swap, and the fit was exact. It completely stopped the leak and restored the flush performance to like-new. If you’ve noticed your water pump cycling or your bowl won’t hold water because the valve is stuck open, this is the fix you need. It saved me a ton of money compared to calling a mobile tech or replacing the entire toilet. The installation was straightforward, and it’s a relief to have a dry floor and a functioning bathroom again!

OEM 100% correct fit. Rubber o ring was in good shape and fixed water valve leak after replacement. Arrived faster then quoted. Would buy again.

Good replacement kit. Bad toilet.
Replacement water valve kit arrived in good condition and was an exact fit. I was disappointed however, because after installing the replacement kit, the toilet still leaked. I honestly just think it’s a bad design because I’ve had to fix it several times. I just ordered a different brand of toilet. Hopefully it will be more reliable.

Leaking toilet solved
Our Thetford toilet would not stop filling the bowl when flushed and had to really hammer with my foot on the foot pedal so it would stop. I looked up what the problem was and it looked like it was the water valve. I had room so didn't have to remove the toilet to replace the valve and small spring. Toilet works great now, problem solved.

Worked out well
e announce is showing two sets of O-rings but the the product I received only had one set. It worked for me because the toilet only needed the one set.
