I would say most. Not sure how to compare size, but these are very comfortable for me, and I usually wear Oakley Flak Jacket XLJs. Maybe if you have a big melon they might be a little snug?

Do you make clip on glasses for ppl with prescription glasses

Hello and thank you for the question. At this time, we do not have prescription "Fit Over" glasses for prescription, but we strongly recommend our Altavista Fit Overs https://www.amazon.com/EnChroma-Color-Blind-Glasses-Altavista/dp/B0924ZRKZH We appreciate your questions and comments and value you as a customer EnChroma

Will these work if the person wears prescription glasses?

Did not help my competitiveness at all. Returned item the next day.

No, I didn’t see anything saying so and their labs are out West I think.
