Great women’s multivitamin
I like to take a multivitamin as I workout a lot, and I have now just hit my 40’s and noticed quite a considerable drop in energy. I usually take berrocas but find this make me need the toilet - which I don’t feel is a good thing!I was recommended these by a family member, and I have to say they do what they say on the tin. Although my diet is healthy this covers all the extras I may miss in a day, along with some really vital vitamins that can be hard to get living in the uk.Highly recommend them.

Does what it says on the packet
Just 1 tablet a day, perfect. Already I feel a lot more awake and have more energy to complete my day without that big tiredness dip in the middle of the afternoon. So easy to swallow and so much cheaper than other brands. I will be buying on a regular basis.

Firstly, I really like the packaging of this product. It was not wrapped that well in terms of postage, but the box still arrived in good condition.Great information and the product stacks up against much more expensive alternatives.I took this product and noticed the difference in how I felt in days. More energetic, happier, healthier.I would absolutely recommend this to any other ladies out there, who, like me, are looking for a supplement that does the job at a great price.I'll be buying again!!!!!!!
