Q: I did not receive any double sided tape with the earpad replacement, do they just snap in ?

The company provides a plastic tool to insert the outer edge around the earpad into the small opening around the headphones. No double sided tape was needed for my AKG K450 headphones.

Q: Is the stick that required to pull the pad into the edge provided?

I inserted the pad without using the plastic tool. I tried to use it, but it turned out much easier for me without it.

When I did mine, the new pads just snapped in to the groove on the handphones ear pieces. The ring on the base of the new pads is quite stiff, so I had to give them a pretty good tug (WITHOUT BREAKING THEM) using a needle-nose pliers to get them into the grooves. This is the second time I've replaced the pads... they are my favorite headphones so I use them a lot.
