Yes I use it several times a week on my luxury vinyl. Look it up ashleyturtle; its a very common flooring today

I am tiny and weigh 90#. Will it be difficult for me to push around?

The weight listed says 9 lbs, not 90 lbs. It’s one of the lightest vacuums you can find. These feel a little different at first, because most of us are used to vacuums with all the weight at the bottom. This has a bit more weight at the top, but for me, once I adjusted how I pushed it a bit and got used to it, it feels fine. I find I stand a little further away from it than I did with a “regular” upright vacuum, and if feels more natural to my wrist.
