Just as advertised. No special bells or whistles. Easy to hook up once you figure it out. The clearest sound ever on a set of headphones. You can actually here the dialogue when watching a show or movie. Crisp highs, booming lows. Made for tv but I have listened to some classic rock on them. Don't expect that concert sound but they will rock. The plus is you can hook them up to more than one tv. My living room is hooked up thru blue tooth and my bedroom is hooked up thru optical wire. Vey satisfied for the price, yes I would recommend these. Comfortable to wear but you do need to give your ears a break after a few hours. I would buy them again if the need arises.

I bought this for my father (75) who uses hearing aids. These headphones were the loudest we could find and they work great for him. He can heat very clearly with these headphones and they are comfortable. Also figured out that you need to turn the base off for the headphones to work but you need to turn the base back on for charging. Other than that we love them!!

These headphones come in great when I'm watching TV or playing video games. They don't sound too tinny, with not too much bass. Conversations and dialogue comes through clear and understandable and they are not too uncomfortable on your head & ears. I've been able to wear them for hours on end with no complaints, they fit nice and snug on the ears forming a nice vacuum. Although not noise cancelling, they do a descent job of blocking out most of the ambient sounds around you. The only small issue I've come across is charging. First you need to get everything aligned correctly on the base before they will even begin charging and after that there is no real indication when charging is completed. A read light is visible while charging is taking place, but eventually that light goes out. The manual says a green light should illuminate when the headphones are fully charged but I have yet to see that, even after charging them overnight. Besides that, these are a great product, easy to pair out of the box (just plug everything in, turn on the base and the headphones and BOOM! you're good to go). Would definitely recommend these.

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Item arrived in great condition and just as described. Let me start by saying my wife likes to watch TV in bed before falling asleep, but I need to go to sleep when I go to bed. It was a struggle until we discovered this wonderful company and their products. A few years ago we bought the AVANTREE OPERA Headphones. They were awesome. Those hang on a tree holder to charge during the day. Recently my wife complained that she could feel on the top of her head where there was not any foam at the spot where they hung. We looked once again on Amazon and were happy to find this same brand AVANTREE also made this set which sits in a cradle to charge, thus allowing the foam to cover the entire headphone across the top of her head. THESE WORK GREAT. Easy to set-up and install. Quick to charge. Sounds great. Very comfortable on the head. Only had them a week, so can not speak on how long they will survive, but like I mentioned the OPERA version we have is still going strong years later. But, when we use them they are on her head. When she's done, she gets up to use the restroom one last time, and puts them back into the charging cradle. They stay inside the cradle until the next night when she removes them to wear them. They are not subjected to strange forces, or dropping, or rolling over onto them. We expect them to last many years also. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Great buy! It was packaged very nicely. It was extremely easy to set up with my Vizio TV. The sound is great and the price was nice! Would definitely recommend these headphones to others.

Avantree Ensemble Wireless Headphones are awesome. They are comfortable. They are a nice size, not to big and not to small. They are lightweight. Nice appearance. Easy to set up. It is compatible with my Samsung TV and LG TV. I wear them whenever I watch tv. I can walk around the house with the headphones on and listen to the TV throughout the house. The headphones last the entire day. They are charged throughout the night. Would recommend them to family and friends.

I replaced my 7 year old Avavtree with this one. Perfect choice! This model is much improved over my old one. The quality of sound is excellent. The comfort and fit is perfect. The Bluetooth range is great. The one thing I wished had is a mute button. However, that is not a problem, there are work arounds to by pass those annoying adds. I use this for watching TV. The voice syncing is my opinion perfect. I highly recommend this product

Not the best option for the elderly. The headset is comfortable and well-made, but not user-friendly. The charging cradle accepts the headset in either direction, but only charges the headset from left to right within a very narrow margin. The headset itself has a USB-C port, but if you charge using that USB-C port the audio on the headset terminates, so you can’t charge and listen to the headset at the same time, you can only charge OR listen to the headset. No option to use the headset if the battery is dead. The controls on the headset are also difficult to see, while they’re raised, they don’t have any coloration to distinguish what they do, so it’s difficult to know unless you’re in a well lit room with excellent vision. The USB-C port on the headset is also difficult to see because it doesn’t have any lining around it, and there are other similar sized holes on the headset that look like they could be USB-C. From a design perspective, these would’ve all been very easy issues to fix without making the product ugly , they were just overlooked. If you can get past all of that, the headset does work well for TV use. It’s easy to hear and it syncs immediately without any effort when powered on.

The audio is clear and good but in some low quality videos I can hear some weird noises, it’s loud but maybe in newer versions I’d expect even louder sound

J'ai acheté le casque TV Avantree Ensemble pour ma maman de 82 ans, afin qu'elle puisse regarder la télévision confortablement. Le son est parfait, d'une grande clarté, et le casque est très léger et agréable à porter, même longtemps — idéal pour elle. Le transmetteur (la base) s'est révélé défectueux au départ, mais le service client a été absolument remarquable. Rie a suivi mon dossier du début à la fin avec une réactivité et une gentillesse rares : réponses rapides, explications claires, et remplacement gratuit envoyé sans la moindre difficulté. Le nouveau casque fonctionne parfaitement et ma maman en est ravie. Un grand merci à Rie pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Je recommande vivement Avantree, autant pour ses produits que pour la qualité de son support.
