How wide and think are the pucks?

The pucks have a 73mm diameter and are 4.7mm thick. They are also very light and only weigh 12grams. Measured with my digital calipers and small bench scales

D0 these pucks need to be assembled?

Yes, but only if you’re willing to pay the $29.95 assembly fee. Please don’t take me seriously. I believe (Hope) that it’s a glitch w/ the Amazon listing category.

Are these suitable for use on a hathaway power play table top air hockey, 40-inch ?

This handles cracked. We used them a great deal and the felt came off and then they cracked.
