This oil smells so good, I diffuse it everywhere in my house, any time of day. It is very calming and not overpowering. I believe it helps me relax for sleep as well.

I put a few drops of this in my essential oil diffuser and I had to dump it out. Smelled way too citrusy. But, I did it again only using one drop of this scent and 4 drops of lavender and it is the best scent ever! Very relaxing and nice to fall asleep to! Mixing essential oils is part of the fun. Highly recommend using this for your mixes, but I don’t recommend it on its own.

I purchased this blend (Dream) in the 10ml. roller bottle to help me go to sleep. I have tried taking Benadryl before bed along with edibles. These helped, but took a long time before achieving rem sleep. The first time using Dream and I fell asleep fast and stayed asleep. The third night I didn’t use the Dream oil and again, couldn’t get to sleep. Okay…. I’m sold. So far it has worked every time I use this oil. I highly recommend this oil for anyone who has trouble falling asleep. I recently purchased this larger bottle to be able to refill my roller bottle and to share with family members who have trouble sleeping.

I ordered the dream blend and the main ingredient is orange which i find very stimulating. Wish i read the ingredients. Wrongly assumed it would be a blend of sleepy oils like chamomile lavender and lemongrass. The orange overpowers it all and keeps me awake. I wonder if I can return it or exchange it. Looks like their calm oil has peppermint which is also very stimulating and not calming at all! I am very disappointed, but it’ll be a fun daytime oil I guess? For night time I would stick to lavender and lemongrass, maybe ylang ylang. I also ordered the breathe one and that one seems good, but this dream one was a no-go for me. Disappointed!! I do have to say, I did love the design of the bottle though with the dropper attaching to the bottle - many other brands don’t, and then you have to keep two caps around. So the bottle was functional, the actual oil, not so much.

I have used this product for quite a while now. I roll it on my temples, wrists, and back of my neck each night before I get into bed. I usually fall asleep within 15-20 minutes. I have tried several other essential oils for sleep and this brand is the best. I would recommend it.

Don't even waste you time. There is no smell to this oil. Ran it in a waterless diffuser on high and still couldn't smell anything. This is the worst oil I have ever bought. Will go back to my other trusted brands. Please don't waster your time with this.

This is a great scent that isn’t too much lavender. I don’t prefer the scent of lavender and most sleepy time oils are mostly lavender. It does have lavender in it but it is not the only scent and it smells devine. Will be purchasing again.
