Perfect flour for bread and pizza
I have tried different brands of flour for pizza and breads and found this to be the best. It makes pizzas with the perfect combination of crunch and chewiness. Breads come out with a light, airy interior and a fragrant, flavorful, thick crust. Love this flour! Please don't ever discontinue it!

Great flour for sourdough bread
Great flour. Confusing to find a $3 price variance on the same product. I am not sure this has the best flavor. It seemed very neutral to me. Not bad, just didn’t offer much beyond higher gluten.

At 13.3% protein, this is my favorite bread flour for all breads requiring extensible strength, and works well in naturally leavened breads, mixed with whole grain flours.
