Couple Hick-Ups Along The Way
The process of replacing kingpin bushings is far from easy to begin with. Some poor quality control turned tedious job into a headache. One of the kingpin replacements came with some damage to the threads, which prevented proper installation until the threads were properly ground down. The other kingpin was fine, which leads me to believe this was a simple error. The bushings come with the proper groove on the inside for proper lubrication throughout the spindle.

Worked for my 98 club car ds
Product was as expected. Not a diy for those without the right tools. I used a ball joint press to reassemble it. Steering is super tight now. But the parts were accurate and came with everything I needed to rebuild the front end of my club car ds

50 - 50 chance the bushings would measure the same ID
One bushing was fine. The other I had to do a lot of reaming to get it to fit the shaft.
