TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I'd recommend giving them a shot! I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets-- their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.) Though a far cry from athletic, I've found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important-- I've tried flavorless drops and I don't remember to use them on a regular basis because it's not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor! When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I'd give them a shot and just chug them if needed. I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most 'tolerable,' and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn't have to return the 'oops.' Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I'd find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I'd now have a large supply of them, heh!) To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I've tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both-- of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don't usually like it anyway, but it's actually pretty good! They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks-- not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they're pretty great. I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don't all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you'll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly. Based on the flavors I've tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find 'most tolerable' as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I'll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

It provides a clean, natural wave of energy that helps me feel great and ready to tackle the day. It’s an amazing way to replenish minerals without any sugar crashes. Since it’s in a tablet form, it can’t be any easier to use as you simply drop it into a glass of water and wait a few minutes for it to complete dissolve. The texture is great as it dissovles completely into water. Flavor Profile: The taste is excellent. Electrolyte powders can sometimes taste overly salty or medicinal, but these are incredibly refreshing. The Lemon-Lime is crisp and bright, and the Fruit Punch is nostalgic and perfectly sweet without being cloying. Pro Tip for an Upgraded Drink: If you want to mix things up, try dissolving the powder in a small amount of warm water first, and then top the glass off with ice-cold mineral water or club soda. It creates a fun, fizzy, healthy soda alternative that feels like a treat! Conclusion: Whether you are dealing with unexplained morning fatigue, recovering from a workout, or just trying to hit your daily hydration goals, this powder is phenomenal. Works great for rehydrating and getting your electrolytes. Much less sugar than other hydrating drinks and good value per tablet price. Dissolves quickly, but be aware it releases gas as it does, so open your lid every so often to release the pressure so it doesn’t blow open. Some flavors are better than others. 16 oz is the recommended amount of water so it’ll taste watered down if you have more water.

I was expecting edible tablets, but these are dissolvable in water, like an Alka Seltzer. I found the flavor ok, less desirable than some flavors of Gatorade, maybe better than others,and the dissolving was really slow-- You'd want to drop the tab in 20 minutes before your workout was over. That said, I think the mineral/electrolyte content is good. Big plus and selling point: No artificial sweeteners, which trigger me (and a lot of other people) to have migraines or other negative neurological side effects. I think for portability and the no harmful artificial sweetener content, I'm at a 3, held only back by the wait to dissolve and my personal thoughts on the flavor (though to be fair, I don't like a lot of the flavors of these types of products in general). If you're looking for a dissolvable tablet style drink mix with no artificial sweeteners to boost electrolytes, this is a decent option.

These have become one of my favorite ways to stay on top of hydration. I love that I can toss a tube in my purse or bag and just add a tablet to water whenever I need it. The variety of flavors keeps things interesting, and I especially appreciate that they aren’t overly sweet like so many hydration drinks. Convenient, portable, and great to have on hand after being active or on a hot day.

These are amazing! I live in central Florida and am outside plenty between work & personal things - taking these twice day on average has significantly helped me stay hydrated plus my HRV & digestion have improved, AND I wake up feeling much more clear, these are in auto monthly now! I love the light taste of the variety pack offerings, sooooo much better than heavy thick IV powders. Thanks Nuun!

I prefer this over Liquid IV because it is less sweet and has way less added sugar. The taste is good and doesn't taste artificial. Good hydrating effect. Easily dissolves in ice water with a good shake.

The flavor is decent on half of these. The result of the item itself leaves a little bit to be desired. They don't really hydrate you as well as other products, I'm a little bit disappointed. They're very sweet.. I'd rather have sugar than false sweeteners because of this outcome. They don't give you energy, or stomach upset no pain relief, textures are irrelevant (amazon feedback suggestions are funny) they dissolve in water with fun bubbles and flipping action, you don't chew or swallow them.. and the pill size goes in I believe 16 ounces of water. I just tossed them in a glass. Plop plop fizz fizz. I'm not sure if I'll buy them again, I'll probably try something else. I'll leave it up to you to decide your own destiny. Oh and the price jumps around. Not the beat selling practices... be very aware.

Could taste better. But overall ok

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that's good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I'll get the package in 1 piece

Tablets are good and seem to help with my hydration as I live in a very humid country (singapore). Downside is the tablet is to bit to fit in a water bottle so have to put in a glass or sports bottle.
