Grill Rescue Bristle Free Grill Brush with Scraper - Steam BBQ Cleaner

I was looking for a non metal grill brush and a friend of mine recommended this one. It shipped fast and after using it a couple of times I can say that it works very good for a non wire brush. It cleaned my grill very well but don’t expect it to take every last thing off your grill. It will be very clean and gets cleaner after every use. I have stainless steel grates and while it’s clean it’s not taking everything off the grates but it’s way better than any wire brush cleaner since it’s very safe you and your family. I definitely recommend this grill brush just keep your expectations realistic

I really can't believe how well this works. I was skeptical but it cleans the grate well! The only drawback is that you need a high starting temp to generate the steam necessary for cleaning. If you are grilling at lower temps this may not be for you.

This really works and I don’t have to worry about anyone getting metal pieces in their food!!

The Grill Rescue cleans and steams very well. My cast iron weber griddles are like new when I steam them. However, don't bother to try to remove the head for cleaning. First it's very difficult to remove and second the tabs break very easily and then it's useless. Also, they've gone cheap and no longer come with a silicone hanger with a loop on the end of the brush like they used to. You'd think for $45 they would have something on the end to hang it from. You can drill a hole at put something on it but still....

I use this brush to clean my Blackstone after I’m done cooking. I take a bowl of warm water and pour it on my Blackstone creating steam. Then I use this brush to scrub all of the grease and food residue off and it works great. I have used the same brush for three seasons and it has held up extremely well. It is dishwasher safe, but I usually spray it down with my Dawn power wash and let it sit before rinsing it out thoroughly.

I copy/pasted this review from another customer because it was what happened to me. I unwrapped the product and one of the clips on the brush is a different color because it is ready to break (see note below from other customer). I sent it back on 7/18/24 via Kohl's which was their recommended return site. However, today, I received the following message, "Our records indicate you have not sent back the item, and instead sent back a different item." "Please send the time below by SUn, Sep 1 to avoid being charged. "The cleaning head attaches to the handle with two plastic clips. The packaging includes plastic that covers the cleaning head and the head must be removed to get the plastic off before you can use it the first time. Doing so broke one of the plastic clips so the head won't stay attached anymore. It broke just by unwrapping it and I didn't even get to try it out. Sent back to Amazon for a replacement." Update on 9/6/24 I received the following notice today. I sent back the item via KOHLS on 7/18, as per their shipping instructions. As you can see in my pictures, the item is CLEARLY defective. Kohls sent the wrong item to them. They had a few people bringing back items to ship and apparently the employee at KOHLS mixed up the items. Not my fault. The item was delivered as a DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEM. Now, I am billed back for an item that and was a non-usable because it was broken. THey are billing me for an item that they would throw in the trash? Wow!!!! I guess they could send the handle out to another customer. "We’ve processed refund on your return request expecting that you will return the original item by Sep 1, 2024. Our records indicate you have not sent back the item below, and instead sent back a different item. If the item you sent back is part of your Order History and otherwise conforms with our return policy requirements, we would have issued a refund for the item you sent. Because you have not sent back the item below for which we had issued a refund, we have charged your original payment method card."

Great grill tool. I bought one for my son in law and he loves it!

Does it work? Mostly, but it’s not a magical cleaner. Honestly I was a little disappointed. I still need to bust out a scraper and go between the grill grates. The price is severely inflated. I don’t care if it’s made out of high tech fire cloth whatever - I just care if it works, and my honest feedback is lukewarm instead of flaming hot.

I first saw one of these at my brother’s. He uses his to clean his Weber cast iron grill. I have a Jackson stainless steel grill and this products works great on both. I heat the grill and use the scraper first; then soak the Grill Rescue pad in water. Using a lot of pressure I slowly work the tool over the hot grill and it steams an wipes the grill surface clean. I just do it before I cook, but you could reheat the grill after you eat and prep it for next time too. It seems like an expensive tool, but if it lasts a full year, I’d be happy to replace it.

This "brush"? works just as well as they claim. I don't use it very often as my grates are cast iron and seasoned but periodically when I want to get them super clean without the risk of scraping the seasoning off with a bristle brush I will use this. Very solid build. I use this in tandem with the Charbroil Nylon bristle brush and it works great. Cleaning the head can take a bit when you don't have a dishwasher handy but it is still dead simple. I'm not sure if it will last as many uses yet as claimed but I'll still be happy with it anyway.

I wouldn’t buy again. Easy to burn & doesn’t clean well at all; not a good product way too expensive
