Simply Works
Placed near suspected entrance a couple weeks ago. Apparently mice don't like peppermint. Laid glue traps in common path of mice just to be sure,,,, over a month later and traps are empty. Don't get it, but something so simple seems to have done the trick. Would definitely recommend

Do not purchase - they do not work
I had been a long time user of the prior packaging for this item. They worked great. Unfortunately, they changed three things which now render the product useless. The ones I used in the past came in a cardboard package, the packets were individually wrapped, and the pellets were in a nylon type of netting. The new version comes in a resealable plastic bag, they are no longer individually wrapped (which kept the smell strong until use), and the netting is more of a paper type. I wrote to the company to find out why they made these changes as it now renders their product ineffective as the smell which is the deterrent factor to mice not only is less strong to start off with, it does not last more than a couple of days. I was told: "In compliance with our ESG initiative, we have taken into consideration various packaging techniques, such as using less cardboard and plastic". When I saw "ESG", I knew they went the way of so many other companies who put that initiative ahead of the quality of the product they produce. Also, I don't see how they are using less plastic as the size of the plastic bag they now use far outweighs the amount of plastic the individual bags wrappings used. Such a shame to see ESG ruin another product that was very good in its' prior form. Needless to say, I no longer buy them as they don't work and recommend consumers looking at this product do not purchase as you are wasting your money.

Battle continues...
First thoughts is my head hurts because this is a really strong smell. Second thought there are alot of bad and doesn't work reviews on here. I saw a YouTube video that showed a guy reviewing this company and it was working. Maybe I shouldn't of bought but I'm trying it for now. 1. Under stove - where there getting in. I've sealed it up, put some poison pelts and one of these bags. 2. Under the sink. Never saw or caught one but being safe. 3. Behind the tub - caught one and sealed up one of the holes they were using. 4/5 in the ac/heat room - I had some poison packets in there too they snack on. Trap inside it and outside of it. I cleaned through my closet and found small traces but no nest. I got about 8 traps and 2 poison things going. Will see if this makes a difference. It smells nice but it's giving me a headache right now will see if I can endure. My 1 room apartment is like flooded with this smell right now.

It was effective
I used this product in a storage area where I noticed some rodent droppings. After I cleaned the entire storage, sanitize, and remove all food/drinks, put about 4 pcs of this item, I checked every week for a month to see if the rodents returned. And this product did the job. The storage is about 50 sq ft. I also placed this in my garage where I think the rodents are entering from. It was effective and it did smell nice. It was a natural scent so it wasnt embarrassing when I have guests over, they barely noticed that I had recent rodents visiting my garage. Scent only last for about 2-3 weeks tho, so you will need to replace them constantly.

Short term solution at best, then a mess!
This product may have worked in my Motorhome engine compartment for a while, but when I went to open the hood after about 2 months, I found that the mice had chewed open several of the packs, made a nest of the paper bags and a real mess all over my engine. I spent about 30 minutes with my shop vac trying to get into all the little spaces around the engine and alternator trying to get it cleaned up. What a mess. Buyer beware!
