Item was not easy to program had to go online to get more information on how to program. Not user friendly

I ordered this product not knowing if it would work with my alarm since the older clifford alarm remotes have been discontinued. I have a clifford Solaris and I was able to program this remote. It works perfect and the design is much stronger. Thanks for a great product!
