TracFone LG Reflect LTE Prepaid Smartphone (Locked) - Black - 32GB - Sim Card Included - CDMA

I replaced a Samsung J7 Galaxy phone for this phone. The Samsung was more expensive but I did not like it as soon as I first used it. I thought that once I got use to it, it would be fine. It didn,t. I had a LG phone before but I needed to update. I decided to give this LG a chance. I am glad I did. It is less expensive but easier to use and responses quicker.

I had previously bought a non-Samsung Galaxy phone, thinking I'd give it a try, but I hated it! It just didn't have all of the capabilities that I have come to know and love with the Samsung Galaxy, so i returned that phone to Amazon with no issues, even though I had already activated it, which I love about Amazon, and then I told myself, from now on, I'm only buying a Samsung Galaxy, because I know I love them. This phone is perfect! I absolutely love it! Samsung has thought of everything you could possibly need with this phone. Highly recommended!

Nice budget phone for anyone. Older in design and not the fastest processor, but some people just dont need that. Tracfone: I bought this for a family member who had an ailing TCL tracfone. Transferring the existing number is pretty painless, the customer service person will ask for the ph#, verify that the old device is functioning and you'll read out the IMEI. I had no problems UNTIL the "new sim" could not be recognized. The phone kept asking for "insert sim". Did the usual power cycling and look over, didn't find anything. I then decided to look inside the sim tray to see if some plastic tape had fallen in it. Upon doing so I noticed that the supposedly new Tracfone sim card was damaged! Inspect your cards closely. The damage was easily missed in my case until i had problems activating. T0 remedy this I need to get another Tracfone sim, about $1 from Amazon. A bit of a hassle, but what am i gonna do. The Tracfone rep kept asking for me to get a Verizon sim, but from what i can see on Tracfone's website there is only 1 type of sim card they sell. LG: I've had LG phones before and i have never been disappointed. With the price of smartphones in the high hundreds to a grand, i'll keep my phone as long as it lasts. The build of this phone, the Reflect, seems of similar build and aesthetics to my other LG phones. It doesn't creak in the hand if squeezed. The back is made of plastic, but thats fine for a budget phone. Battery at 4000mah is pretty large for budget handset. This was one of the main features that made me buy it.

Great Phone for people living in a respectable neighborhood

This is an excellent phone, especially for the price. It has plenty of space, always works, and is quite durable. I've dropped it several times and its still in mint condition. The only issue is that the "selfie" camera option takes blurry pics.

I've had a few LG phones over the years and have been happy with them. Now this POS messes with me constantly. I have to have the do not disturb on 24/7. Otherwise I'm constantly being disturbed with notifications of nothing. If I'm watching something on YouTube sometimes I get four or five notifications one after another silencing maybe 20 seconds of sound. Other times I turn the phone on and the screen is almost completely dark. I'm lucky to be able to see where I'm supposed to slide it back over to normal. At times the phone just shuts off.. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I just want to take a hammer and beat the crap out of it. I've had it less than a year and I'm looking for a replacement... People save the aggravation at buy another brand. After all LG no longer makes phones. That pretty much says it all.

Overall, I like this phone, but a MAJOR problem MANY people are having with this brand (Samsung) is that the ringtone volume randomly goes to zero, causing you to miss phone calls. This happens to me about once every few months, and no one wakes up every morning and checks their ringtone volume, so it happens when you least expect it. Nor should you need to -- it's supposed to stay set at the volume you put it at (but it doesn't). Search online for "Samsung ringtone volume decreases itself automatically" and you'll see the many, many people having this issue, yet it goes unresolved. The only way you even know the problem exists is when you get angry texts or live comments from people, telling you they've been calling you and getting to answer, and you're thinking, "But my phone didn't ring." There's no point having a phone that doesn't ring when you get a call, unless you're psychic (and you're not). Contact them, and you'll get useless suggestions and blame. They need to give us an update that fixes this issue.

I needed a phone - just wanted something that would take decent pictures and basic communication. this phone is great. Does everything I want - just like the more expensive Google phones.
