I first bought my niece a light mask for acne, after I saw results for her I wanted one too for uneven skin tones, sagging and lines. After a few days with the red light therapy (set at highest for 20 minutes each session) I’ve notice improvement in my skin tone. I honestly didn’t believe it would work... but it does. This device doesn’t have a high quality remote box and will overheat. I put a small gel pack from the freezer (that I use for puffy eyes!!) to keep it cool (trick I learned when using my VR headset so my phone doesn’t overheat!) and that works perfectly. Im just waiting to see how long the product continues to be operational since it’s not the best quality. But, so far so good, I’d recommend it and would buy again.

I received my mask a few months ago but after only a couple of times using it the red, dark blue and purple mask color options were not working. I was past the return date with Amazon, but since the mask has a one year warranty I decided to contact the seller. Within a day I had a favorable response saying they would replace my mask. The mask was delivered two days later! That is great customer service!I am anxious to try the mask again now that I have the three main colors I purchased the mask for. The quality seems very good and it is reasonably priced for what it says it does. I will be taking some photos and posting them after a couple of months of use.

Very uncomfortable, digs into my nose and it hurts. Used once. I used it once and really should have returned it when I had the chance.

Just the packaging aline makes me a little nervous about this. The box was taped closed but the tape was cut so the box was open. Inside the product box there was another small box (pictured) that was empty. Nothing in the description shows that is or should have been. And as the picture shows the masks and cords were just places there. Looks like a return that was repackaged and sent out. Haven't used it yet but as far as I can see all of the lights work.

I really like the mask. I wear it at night before bed and it is really relaxing. I do add extra eye protection because the lights are bright and seem to bother my eyes if I don’t. The wire connection to the mask does not work all the time. I lose my lights and not all the colors show up all the time. The mask quality seems good but the connection pieces seem poor quality and do not allow for the mask to work 100 percent of the time, which is really disappointing.

Was super excited to get this mask!! Had no expectations. Found it extremely heavy to the face, especially to the nose. I removed the forehead bumps, and it was a little more comf. I def feel the led did something, however not sure I can live w the heaviness on the nose, Left indents on my nose from the weight. Spent majority of the time holding it slightly away from my face, due to heaviness.

The electronics and cords came apart and stopped working and I had to find replacements myself.

Received today and tried it out, used the Red Light. No instant results other than serious indentions on my nose and forehead leaving red marks due to it pressing down on my face for 9-minutes. I'll come back and review the rating once I use every day for a week. If it provides results to the face, I'll update. If no results, I'll downgrade.
