Great for bread baking
Equivalent to German 550 flour this one is great for bread baking. I prefer the European flours quality and taste over the typical store brands here.

A Game Changer
This flour is definitely worth a shot if you have trouble digesting regular breads and desserts. It has become a kitchen staple for me. The flour is smooth and has no problems in baking and tastes great. It's reliable. I have used it for breads, pizzas, cakes, cookies, and plenty of other pastries. The packaging does its job well. I have never had it broken or leaking on arrival. I struggled finding a flour that worked for me. I was suspected to have I.B.S., but have confirmed after baking with this flour that that is not the case. It looks like a lot of wheat farmers use Glyphosate, a type of pesticide that can make people pretty sick after consumption. This flour doesn't have glyphosate, making it a true game changer for someone avoiding most foods out of an allergy or intolerance scare. This is a high quality flour that I definitely recommend trying out.

Fantastic flour
I love this flour. There's a slight sweetness to it that makes bread, pastry and sauces even better. It is a very soft flour so you need to adjust your working dough accordingly but it has become my primary flour for everything! So delicious.

Are you gluten sensitive?
My mother-in-law has gluten sensitivity. Can’t handle regular bread very well. We started getting this French all purpose flour and when I use this, she can tolerate it without issues. Not sure why, but hey, I’ll take it. Great flour. Have used for breads as well as desserts (cookies and cakes etc.)

Great gluten free flour
Great gluten free flour. I used this in several recipes and did not notice a difference in the texture or final product. It is a bit costly. If you are choosing to go gluten free but want to bake your favorite recipes, I would recommend this flour.

A Dream Come True!
Over the past year I have developed severe food allergies to wheat, gluten, dairy, sugar and more. Suddenly, anytime I try to eat bread, my stomach would blow up and I would burp constantly. Almost every 5 seconds for hours or even sometimes a couple days. I've been seeing all kinds of Drs, both regular and Naturalpaths. They all felt I had some kind of acid reflux/Gerd. But many were pointing out that it could actually be the Glyphosate in the wheat. Roundup and Pesticides sprayed all over our foods. I did hear friends explain that when visiting Europe they could eat all the bread and pasta they wanted and actually lost weight and never had any gut issues. I am learning that Monsanto is banned in Europe so their food is much more healthier than the US. I decided to give it a try and ordered this flour. My husband and I invited friends over for a pizza party. Our friends have family back in France and instantly recognized the cute little bags of flour. They said that is the correct size bag they sell in Europe. This flour made delicious pizza crust. Everyone got their own personal pizza to customize. I was able to eat my entire personal pizza with absolutely no tummy issues! Talk about a dream come true! Don't hesitate to try! I couldn't be happier!

Great product- HORRENDOUS packaging
We love this flour so much, that we bought it in the larger 6 pack option. However, upon receipt, they were all packaged inside an Amazon plastic sealed bag, but 3 of the bags were opened at the seal by at least .5” inches. After trying to request a refund, was told it’s ineligible. Find a different seller- the product is amazing, but better packaging would’ve helped. the last time I ordered this- the packaging was like regular flour - this time it’s in like a Tyvex type of wrap. Maybe that’s the issue

Good flour. Not sure if it beats an organic bread flour but pretty close if not.

French flour is the best!
My son brought French flour home for me last year and the baguettes I made using it were incredible. I have been making baguettes for years and these were so much better! However receiving broken packages where the flour is spilled out and repackaged by Canada Post and accompanied by an apology from them is not helpful, given the price you have paid for it. It was VERY poorly packaged. Our foods in NAmerica are so full of additives and preservatives that many people with "gluten intolerance" actually do not have it - they are allergic to the additives. My neighbour has IBS but when she went to France at spring break and ate everything in sight, she had no problems. But when she ate in the Toronto airport on her way home, she immediately became ill. I have started buying organic flour from a local flour mill and the artisan bread I make using that flour does not cause her to have IBS symptoms! It also makes the best bread I have ever made and I have been making bread for 40 years. So how can you have IBS in Canada but not in France? Buying directly from a mill that grinds their own flour is a solution. Only downside is you have to refrigerate it because there are no preservatives. Small inconvenience!
