Missing parts
Honestly it’s pretty tight. Was missing one of the connecting pieces of metal so I can hang one basket but not two. Cant contact the seller to just get one part and I don’t want to deal with returning the whole thing

A Piece Missing
I’m so sad about this. I love the design and the product looks great but there is a side piece missing that I can’t use the product without. The description said used but never said a piece was missing. So disappointed.

It's missing the parts that connect the two shelves together. It was supposed to be included per the instructions.

Poor quality control
The nuts were not tack welded in line with the holes to so had to route out brackets so they aligned properly so we could assemble it and use it

Easy install and strong
Easy installation is completed immediately when receiving it at night. As they advertised, the installation is very simple, and I really stood up on it(189 pounds), this thing was as strong as welded.

Very nice item
I bought two of these. One for me and one for a friends bday. I picked up long plastic containers and they fit perfectly. It looks amazing hanging on my balcony.
