Nice journal, easy to use, inspiring quotes
I like this journal as it has food and exercise being tracked side by side for each day. Plenty of room for logging everything and space for notes, where I usually track my vitamins. I also never tracked my sleep before this journal. I am just about to complete my first 3 months of tracking, so I ordered 2nd one. It would be nice if they had several versions (different quotes), but I still like it. It also has 2-week checkpoints to have you write what you did well, not so well, etc. I like the spiral bound as I can keep the journal open to current day to remind me to track each day. The only thing I think would be helpful is a page keeper (elastic band to mark the page when the book is closed). Otherwise, I think this was the option of the journals I looked at and will continue to use this journal going forward.

Fitness and Nutrition Progress Log
I love the format of this book. Can track what you eat and your exercise each day. What I really loved is at the bottom of each there is a motivational quote also.

Compact size and simple layout
The planner is exactly what I was looking for. I recently started a new “Diabetes Prevention Program” (lifestyle change program). The FitterMe fitness and nutrition progress journal features space to record daily types of exercise and meal preferences. This is a great way to stay on track with my goals! Writing things down can really help with accountability and motivation. The motivational quotes for each day are inspiring.

Pretty good
This was an ok format, but it just didn’t work for the type of program that I needed. It s pretty good for those on a normal diet

Easy to use
This book is a simple way to track your food intake and your exercises. Mine came with the covers on upside down but it is still usable. It only has 8 places to put strength exercises. I would prefer some extra lines in case I do more than 8.

The book is coming apart
I order this fitness and nutrition book and I really like the set-up and it is going to work out great for me. But as i flipped through it there is about 12 pages that are torn away from the spiral about half way up and that to me is very disappointing. I don’t see any way to fix this problem. Thank you

Great Fitness Log
I love this book. It is easy to use and captures a great deal of information. The two week review was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would ask for is a place to track weight. Since there is not a specific place I use the notes section.

I love this progress log its simple and easy. It's great for people who are trying to take accountability during a fitness and health journey. Helps people to track what they eat keep a consistent eating habit. Love the positive quotes in every corner of each daily log, helps to stay motivated! Great buy.
