Lost half kilo in 3 days.
It seems to work! The taste is awfull but I'm.getting used to it. Helps with constipation too. Let's see the full benefits after 1 month.

Checked this on Internet that haritaki powder is very good so I bought ausha organic, very good value for money, for me is easy to use effective as mentioned 👍

Beware of the pack size!
A little disappointed. The picture & ‘size name’ are both 200g but the pack delivered is only 100g. At the dose recommended on the pack, it will not be sufficient for a 1 month trial.

Easy to use
Been using this for a while now and have noticed a difference in my dreams. Much more colourful. Also has a great effect on your gut. Stick to the 5:2 formula . Take once a day for 5 days then rest for 2 other wise you may get an upset stomach

it doesn't seem to work
Unfortunately, I bought this product after reading few reviews. And decided to have a go at it, my main issue is that, due to constipation as a side effect from medication i take, unfortunate this product did not help me at all. I can safely say that after the second night taking it, and slightly increased the dose, the bitter taste is strong, (i just take it without Feeling it in my mouth) and do not think about it (that helps). I will drink it for another few days and see if improves. If so, I will update this review and buy again, otherwise its a no for me.

This product isn't fresh
This product tastes awful and appears not to be fresh. I couldn't drink it, it's repulsive. This brand needs to do better to preserve their products, especially because this product is not expected to go out of date anytime soon.
