I’m very pleased with this supplement.

I bought this not realizing that it had to be mixed with water - furthermore warm water - this is probably the only down side to this product - it does mix quickly but you have to use warm water - I think i would have preferred a solution that can be mixed with smoothies or orange juice etc. - I probably won't buy it again because it is not always convenient to have warm water available especially if you're traveling - if the solution can be mixed with any cold juice that would work better for me - so really its just a preference thing

Effective even when the "no screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime" is not adhered to. Deeper sleep and positive behavior upon awakening.

I was told by my chiropractor to get this product. It tastes good and hopefully will be good for me

First it tastes great which is an A Plus for me as most of these types of product are nasty. I love the fizz, and have been drinking it as they suggested with 1/2 cup water. It does not calm me down but it has helped with IBSC. There is no running to bathroom as others have experienced. This is on subscribe

This is the same as CALM and costs less. Taste is good.

The taste is extremely bad, and long after having it the aftertaste does not leave the tongue. Not a good product at all, I would rather take the tablet version of it.

Tastes good esp with cold water but not as effective as other high end brands that I have used before
