I'm recovering from a 2 week bout with laryngitis, and my voice is not coming back at the higher range. Does this help?

This product made my voice tighten up, was very bad for me.... I'd drink warm pineapple juice with ginger

When should I use the vocal eze product right before singing or an hour before singing?

Vocal Eze has answered this for me before: The throat spray can be used daily as a preventative to keep your throat and voice feeling its best, and on those days you'll be singing, we recommend using the throat spray both before and after singing, as it moisturizes and soothes the voice in both preparing and recovering from vocal performance. If you're feeling extra strained or vocally fatigued, whether it's a day you're singing or a day off, they recommend using 3-5 sprays every few hours to fight inflammation and help your voice recover. For best results, feel free to pair the spray with their Manuka honey throat drops!
