Haven't used it yet.
I have belt drives on two bikes and wanted to convert a 3rd bike to belt drive but the 3rd bike had too many issues. A machinist said the carbon drive pulley could be converted to fit on the bottom bracket but there was also a frame clearance problem. I knew the rear wheel had to be converted to internal hub shift but the frame problem has put a stop to the conversion. Probably better to sell the obsolete bike and find a bike with fewer issues.Once you try belt drive you won't want to go back to the obsolete chain and derailleur set up.But Gates needs to get their costs down.

A gret ring if you want ~2:1 and can find a 22T Gates Alfine cog
I have a mountain bike frame with a 4-arm spider. I wanted to maintain my ~2:1 ratio with my other bike. The 50T would not fit so this 46T ring did the trick once I found a rare 22T Gates Alfine cog. Go belted! This is the Mudport sprocket. I suspect these will be going away soon now that the Gates Centertrack is out.
