I like this product because it makes me feel like I’m getting somewhat of a workout after hip surgery. When you’re trying to maintain your balance on this disc, you're actually exercising various parts of your body.

I bought this to use for single leg balancing for rehabbing tendinitis in my ankle. The ability to control how much air is inside is great for changing the difficulty of balancing.For barefoot use, I balance on the smooth side as the textured side is uncomfortable for bare feet.

It's a very nice quality it was easy to inflate and I use it a lot I'm rehabbing from a back injury so I use it to sit on all the time when I'm at my desk or whatever to do exercises you won't be disappointed if you need something like this

I bought this product based off of a referral from my sister who is currently in physical therapy and uses one of these for recovery. I’m recovering from multiple broken bones in my leg and I also have a very sedentary job. I have used this for balance training to assist my ankle and leg but also when I’m sitting I put it behind my back, between my shoulders, and it just creates a perfect little cushion. My muscles are so much more relaxed and I’ve been able to stretch and release tension in areas that I’ve been far too tender for other items like a foam roller. The uses are unlimited.
