Many times fighting "old" age can seem like a bandage for a gun shot wound, we will get old. Some small steps in a good direction can assist us. So far can't say anything about the product. Still incorporating into my regimen.

I almost didn't use it for anything. If you want to cut lids off a product with a butter knife and steak knife, this is the product for you. I finally threw it against the wall and the lid came off so of course the stuff went all over. I haven't used it yet but will look for a different company to order from.

IMHO followung dosage instructions will have you feeling less tense, less stiff and less "clogged". This is not the first brand that I've purchased as the original offering isn't available through Amazon anymore.I would recommend this in your regimen. Especially if you have the typical American diet.
