Great wrap/tortilla substitute for Low Carb/Gluten free
I will say that after reading the reviews, I was skeptical. I decided to try them because i was looking for a gluten-free and low carb option for our Taco night. These wraps are VERY thin, which makes sense because they are in fact "wraps". I use them as tortillas and i put taco meat, cheese and other stuff inside and wrap them up. Yes, they do fall apart a bit, but its OK. The taste is a little bland, but what can one expect from thin low carb/gluten free wraps? This doesn't bother me at all. I am also used to eating gluten free foods (celiac) so I'm not expecting amazing flavor. Basically, I only needed something "functional" (Hold the taco meat) versus flavorful and I got what I wanted :)

Great low-carb wrap!
We have tried many low-carb wraps, bread, etc. as my daughter has Type 1 diabetes. This wrap may be thin but it is sturdy and does NOT fall apart when we make an egg wrap or a tuna wrap! We got the Sesame Chia wraps which we find have very good flavor. This item will definitely be on our shopping list!

I was kind of disappointed
Let me start with the flavor- it’s great. It really has a sesame taste without being overpowering. The addition of chia seeds is nice. The seeds give the wrap a little texture. For the price I paid and the images that I saw, I thought I would have gotten— well, a little more. I opened the package and thought I had purchased only one. I realized that each sheet is flaky and thin like phyllo dough. I had to double it up for the wrap not to break— all I was making was PB&J. I may leave them out of the refrigerator and let them air dry, then use them as a sprinkling on top of something savory.

These are paper thin
These wraps have an eggy taste and are thin like rice paper. They're ok and strong enough to hold a filling somewhat but they're not like a tortilla. I may or may not reorder.

They are very tasty, and because I'm grain free, a good alternative to a grain or corn basesd wrap.
Flavour is very good, but I have to double them up when using them as a sandwich wrap. There very thin, but so low calorie that doubling them up is no big deal.

I want to like these, i really do
I don’t expect a ton of flavor from any products like these…let’s be real. However, these are ultra low carb WONDER wraps. I only WONDER what technology they used to get them within a nano-meter of non-existence. There is NO WAY possible these are “burrito” wraps. They are AMAZINGLY thin. But thats the CRUX. So thin, there’s no taste, except a slight film on your tongue. So thin, you can remove just one at a time. You will need at least 4 to even contain the smallest morsel of food with out disintegrating under the velocity of moving food to mouth. And because of that, the value just isn’t there I really wanted to love these and make them common place in my diet. Better off with a leaf of lettuce… Unless you get E. coli from it and then not so much
