I’ve been adding this flaxseed oil to my morning smoothies and I really like how easy it is to incorporate into my routine. The flavor is mild and doesn’t overpower everything else, which was important to me. I also like that it’s organic and cold pressed. The bottle is a good size and a little goes a long way. I keep it refrigerated after opening and so far it has stayed fresh. Definitely an easy way to add flax oil to my diet.

Good reputable brand. Kind of pricey. I add it to the veggie/ fruit smoothies I make for breakfast every morning. I don’t taste it and it doesn’t leave my mouth oily.

This is a good quality oil and a good value for the price. I appreciate that it is organic and cold-pressed. I have been using it for a few months now and I'm very happy with it.

After I take a tablespoon of this, sometimes it has a laxative effect. It tastes slightly bitter, and it has an unpleasant aftertaste. The only thing good that I have noticed is that it seems to moisturize my dry skin. Once the bottle is open, it needs to be refrigerated. I read that even when it is refrigerated, an open bottle of this will go bad in one to two months. I am not able to squeeze this squeeze bottle, because it is very hard plastic. A teaspoon will not fit into the top. So, I use a half teaspoon to go into the bottle and get a tablespoon of oil out of it. This is my first time trying flaxseed oil. For many years, I took fish oil and cod liver oil, but I am now staying away from fish products. Flaxseed oil contains lots of omega 3. But I read that it is more difficult for the body to absorb omega 3 from flaxseed oil than it is from fish oil. Flaxseed oil has lots of health benefits, but it also has side effects. It interferes with some medications, so it might be a good idea to research it a little and read about it.

I have taken flaxseed gelcaps for years. They were difficult to swallow, so I thought about trying a liquid oil. Flaxseed oil lowers my BP and helps with constipation. No BP meds or laxatives for me!

Barleans flax oil comes in a squeeze bottle now which is less messy.My order arrived on time, in a small bag but still contains same amount as before. Last a long time considering only takes a drop or 2 daily. Price is good too!!
