Mikasa Sports Usa Mikasa S3000 Series Rubber Soccer Balls

This is a pretty neat ball. It is essentially a playground style rubber ball (a la dodge-ball, four square, etc.), stylized as a soccer ball. I purchased this for two purposes: header practice and outdoor court use. We prefer Mikasa balls over Adidas and Nike balls for training.For header practice, this ball allows my son to practice his headers with lower impact than a regular soccer ball. It is heavy enough that it plays a lot like a regular soccer ball, but it isn't as hard as a properly inflated soccer ball.For outdoor court use, this ball is good on asphalt and concrete playing surfaces. This is a good ball for play against a wall (e.g. racquetball) or on a tennis court. It should hold up pretty well, I think.Highly recommended for the purposes I listed.

Rubber soccer ball, seems indestructible, and good for playing on pavement. Shows no damage from playing on streets, and the feel is pretty good, given that it is all rubber.

Exactly what I was expecting/ wanting 10/10

So I bought this soccer ball for the sole purpose of playing fetch with my dog, but it didn't last two kicks. It popped immediately. The last soccer ball we had seemed to have more padding, so his teeth didn't immediately pop the ball like they did with this one. I would not repurchase.

Nice ball. My boys love it.
