Works Well
This router works well...once you get it working.We live in a very rural area. Wired internet is not an option. Satellite and 4g hotspot services are super expensive. Verizon is the ONLY service that is reliable out here. I purchased a separate prepaid SIM card that was supposed to work using any tower available.I took one star off the rating because the router does not come with any printed instructions. The company website does not post instructions for this model on their website. Their tech support, both chat and phone, are only available Monday through Friday, 9-5 pacific time.I didn't take any more points off because their email support for me was impressive. They immediately sent me a link to the instructions (why they don't just publish it and make it easy to find is a mystery). The agent followed through, kept in contact, never left me hanging. He stuck with me until the router was working flawlessly via my prepaid SIM card. Coverage around the house is rock solid, range is good.

Pronto not a Kemosabe
Not useful for some rural internet service providers. I did manage to get one provider and kept the router. Several months gone by and no problem with it. Pronto customer service were very helpful though.
