Bench arrived super quick, was missing fixings and instructions so was unable to assemble. Contacted seller who was super helpful and bench is now up and able to use. Very sturdy and great quality.

Let's start with some feedback on the description provided:- Decline bench use: The bench can not be fixed in a decline position, adjustment holes do not provide a position lower than horizontal. You can however use it as decline if you put some weights under the seat end.- Strong & Stable Construction: That's a no, the bench I got wobbles and leans to the left slightly. More noticeable when using the incline positions. This issue seems to be caused by poor milling close to where you insert the center pin when you assemble the seat and the backboard.- Very easy assembly: Absolutely, this was easy to put together.- Easy Storage: Does not actually differ from other benches. You can store it, easy is interpretation and I'm on the fence on that one.I got the bench with resistance bands, I believe it was just a fiver extra and the bands aren't bad, pretty standard cheapo bands with the standard attachments.Suggested improvements: the seat and back are adjusted by big clunky screws. You need to full unscrew these each time you wish to change the position. There are superior models out there that use a pull pin, the exact same pin used to secure the center. This would make the bench faster to adjust, but more secure too.Overall, the bench is worth the price you pay for it, decent product.

The assembly time is a real plus with this bench, most of it comes assembled so all you need to do is screw in, by hand, the remaining parts together which honestly takes 2-3 minutes. I bought another bench before this that in the end i returned, it took over an hour to build so this was great.The bench has also many positions including the 90 degree angle which is great along with the flat bench. Seems a sturdy bench so far after a couple of uses - i recommend it for anyone looking for a cheaper bench.

There was some confusion over the weight limit for this bench. I had to contact the seller as the manual included advised differently to the 200kg advertised.The seller has advised 200kg is correct, so the manual needs does need to be corrected!This was easily and quickly put up. I have been using it for a few months and use is just as expected.

Good bench that you can also set it up for decline. Fairly stable and feels like it will last.
