Great tasting tea, very helpful for milk supply
I looked at this tea and several others, and actually tried another brand of loose leaf tea before finding this one. After reading all the reviews and comparisons, I decided to bite the bullet and just get this tea. I was quite worried about people's comments concerning the taste, but I figured I'd do what I must in order to keep breastfeeding my son. To my surprise, the tea was actually pretty tasteless compared to the loose leaf nursing tea I was drinking before. And, I think it definitely boosted my milk production. I don't know whether it's the herbs or the increased intake in fluids, but I definitely started pumping 8-10oz per pumping session, which was more than enough for my child. At some point I reduced my intake because I seemed to be overproducing milk and could feed my baby and freeze 12oz each day. When my production dropped a bit, I'd start back up on the tea, drinking a cup after each pumping session. I finished my six boxes pretty quickly and ordered another one two weeks ago.All I can say is that it worked for me. It may or may not work for you, but you won't ever know unless you try it. If buying it in bulk is scary for you, go purchase a single box and drink it to see how you feel about it.

Pleasant Taste
I bought this Tea originally by chance; I went to my local grocery store to by Mother's Milk which was the only nursing tea I had heard of. My grocery store was clearancing it out, and it was half the price as Mother's Milk, so I thought 'Why not try it?'. I was happy with my choice! The tea actually tastes quite decent, I add just one little packet of sugar to it (I'm not a huge tea fan to begin with). I haven't tried Mother's Milk, but I've heard it tastes terrible, so I was pleased with the taste of this tea as I'd been dreading trying nursing tea. I can't specifically say that this tea helps with milk production as I was working with a lactation specialist who also had me taking additional supplements at the same time. What I can say is that three times a day, I take a few moments to drink this tea, which boosts the amount of water I am consuming and lowers my stress level, two things that are very helpful when trying to boost your supply. I would highly recommend this tea, and I now purchase it from Amazon at a great rate.

Cheaper than Mother's Milk & works great!
I purchased this to help boost my supply after a nasty cold & the medicine knocked it down. I am not a fan of it hot, but have made an iced blend for myself & drink 16oz per day on average. It's boosting my supply back up and actually doesn't taste too shabby! If you're interested, my recipe is 4 Yogi tea bags, 2 decaf black tea (like Lipton), & 4 cups boiling water. I steep it for about 20-30 minutes and then pour it over a half gallon pitcher full of ice. In the beginning I also added some honey to sweeten it up (before icing it down so that the honey would disperse fully), but now I don't even do that.

I think it works
I bought this tea to increase my milk production after I noticed it was decreasing. I pump at work and could no longer replace the supply that my baby drinks during the day. After using this for about a week, I have noticed that I am back up to prior levels, and maybe am producing even more. However, I also did other things to help increase my production, so I can't say with 100% certainty that the tea is the reason. If nothing else, by drinking 3-4 cups a day, I increased my fluid intake, and my milk production increased. The other things I tried at the same time were: sleep as much as possible, nurse or pump at least every two hours, eat better, and try not to stress about not having enough milk.As for the tea itself, the taste is actually pretty good, as one of the ingredients is chamomile. You really only faintly taste the fennel and anise (I hate licorice). And the fenugreek hasn't caused me to smell like maple syrup. I don't find it hard to drink the recommended amount everyday, and even look forward to it at night since it helps me relax before going to bed.So I would recommend this tea, but can't say for certain that it was *the* thing that helped me. Rather I think it was a combination of everything.

but I love this tea
I am not sure if this actually works or if I am succumbing to a placebo effect... but I love this tea. I tried many different nursing support teas and found this one to have a lighter flavor than most. I typically steep this with another decaffeinated tea in a large tea cup and sip it throughout the day. I had a great deal of trouble with milk production from the beginning... and have been drinking this tea for months (I am now in my 10th month of breastfeeding). For that reason, I love that you can order this in bulk and have the option to subscribe and save. I have a large box delivered with my diaper subscription delivery. It is so convenient and you can even customize the frequency of delivery! Though I can't say how much of an effect this has, I can tell you it tastes nice and allows me to take a moment in the day to have a nice brew.

Didn’t help my supply
Honestly, it made no difference in my milk supply even when drinking up to 5 cups of it a day. Though to be fair, neither did the other lactation teas I have tried. I probably won’t order it again, but I will drink the remaining boxes as I like tea and I know this at least shouldn’t decrease my supply (as some teas, like those with mint are known to do). The taste of the tea is mild compared to other brands.

I think it works
I've been breastfeeding exclusively for 8 months now, pumping at work, and I really think this tea has helped to maintain supply. I have been drinking 2-3 cups/ day of this tea (though sometimes I forget and have none). My daughter drinks alot more milk from bottles then when she breastfeeds, so keeping up with her daily ounces on daycare days can sometimes be a challenge. When I have a low pumping day, I up it to about 6 cups of this tea; I also try to drink more water, sometimes add oatmeal. Something works-- supply is back up in a day or two. I usually drink alot of water, so I do tend to attribute the increase in milk to this tea. And I like the taste. Price is right in cases of 6 from Amazon, even cheaper if you do the auto shipments.
