Very disappointed the size of these blocks is NOT 9x6x4 inches as stated in the description. They are at most 2.5” deep- very skinny yoga blocks. I sent these as a gift and do NOT recommend these blocks!

So i decided to regain my flexibility recently since I’m home not doing a thing. I can say it has helped me go deeper into stretches on my own that would normally require a partner assist . Definitely buying some more soon when I progress more in my oversplits !

Nice lightweight, basic blocks. Not amazing quality but it’s fine for the level and need. They get dents kinda easily when left on an uneven surface but they’re kinda inexpensive so that’s the trade off. I like the black. It matches my soul.

These foam blocks are firm and dense with a little give. They don't flatten out like memory foam. I'm using them to make a few wrist rests in various sizes and shapes. They cut easily with a sharp knife or saw.

I cut these and used them as sanding blocks with sticky back paper. Really works well for blocking large areas, I cut one down into palm size sanding pads. Less expensive than the name brand sanding blocks.

I am never going to bend like the model in the ad but I still find these blocks useful for stretching. The color is ok and it does not slide around when I use it. The price is right for getting a pair of these yoga blocks.

These yoga block seem quite good but these are the first I have owned so I don't have anything to compare to. They give good support and for my use work perfectly.
