Conair 1875 Watt Turbo Hair Dryer; Black

After tying many dryers, I found this one and I'm glad I did. My wife and I have short fine hair. This dryer has a off, low and high, plus a cool setting (room temp air), which does not require you to hold down a button. The low setting is warm. The high setting is warmer (and more speed), but NOT hot. I imagine this might not be hot enough for long hair, but that is only a guess on my part. I love that this is a non-ion dryer so my hair is not limp and it is good for the climate. This dryer is lightweight and simple to use. It has the safety shut off plug, which only requires pushing the reset button to restart the dryer but this is only necessary if something happened to trigger the safety shutoff. It is certified safe by recognized organizations. Not the most powerful speed or highest heat, but does an excellent job for our short hair styles.

The adage you get what you pay for is typically true. However, do not be fooled by the low price of this hair dryer! This is a quality hair dryer. Powerful, and equipped with a high, low, and cool setting. Great value and a steal of a deal. I am confident it will match if not out perform more expensive hair dryers. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

This is not going to be equal to a $100 hair dryer. But, it gets the job done. It has sevearl heat settings and is light so you can manuever it easily. I wish it had the option of buying attachments, but I've been using it for over a year and it hasn't let me down yet.

I discovered this hair dryer on vacation at a Holiday Inn 2 years ago. I loved it so much, I took a pic and bought it on Amazon.com. I have had many hair dryers over the years. It is a no nonsense, straight up, great dryer. This is the least expensive but best one I have ever owned. I have colored, long layered hair, and it works fast and well.After using it for a week, I bought a second one for my guest bath. I still love it and bought two more for my vacation rental.

If you like the dryers that are in hotels then you will love this. My husband likes the dryer in the hotel we stay in when we see family. So I looked it up and this was it. Its lightweight unlike my old dryer and puts out alot of air to dry your hair fast. It doesnt take up a ton of space in your cabinets and is a great product for not a big price.

I was looking for 2 things in a blow dryer: light weight and powerful. This dryer is both. It is the lightest dryer I have ever used. It is surprisingly powerful too. I will add that it does not get hot. It gets pretty warm. It's not going to be good for styling. But I'm sure my hair will thank me for not totally frying it anymore.

I've used many hair dryers over the years and this Conair 1875 is the first I've found that has a dedicated cool air setting along with high. low and off. Cool means the heating element is not engaged when the dryer is switched on and blowing air.This has good power and easy to switch from a "hot" setting to cool.The only thing which might be a negative is the switch itself.The switch has a little "play" in it - a bit of a wiggle. So how long will this switch last? Who knows. I've been using this hair dryer since mid August - 2 months. So far. So good.I will update is a couple of months.UPDATE 12/21/2018Well a couple of months is now 4 months laterSo- I love this hair dryer. I shower daily and use this hair dryer - Conair 1875 Turbo - daily. I love the fact that I can switch from hot air to cold (room temperature air) simply by moving the switch from hot to cold in a nano-second. So far so good!!

I bought it based on the good reviews I read on it. I like that it is lightweight for its size. It dried my hair faster than other Conair dryers that I've had. It is not as hot, but gives a lot of air. I like that it has 3 settings, the cool air is nice for finishing. I found it gave my medium weight hair noticeably more volume.

This is the same model # as my old hair dryer, but completely different. My diffuser won't fit on this new one. But overall, is a nice compact size,not too heavy and very powerful.

Light weight, not as hot as my last Conair or solid feeling. Overall it will do the job just fine for the price.

I bought this for one reason and one reason only- Conair says this is Teflon free and also is non-ionic. If you have pet birds you'll know why that is of vital importance. I heard it works great, and it was recommended so I bought it. Making me happy, and my pet birds safe!
