Dissapointed -
I'm dissapointed in the small size of the charms on this necklace. I paid $80 for 3 engraved dog bones in sterling silver and feel this purchase is a waste of money - poor value for the money spent. The charms are much too small and the chain is too flimsy. The engraving itself was well done, but that's the only thing about the necklace I am happy with. Great idea, poor execution.

Exceptional product and service
This was a gift for my wife and when I received the item I was at first a bit disappointed with the size of the bones and script on the bones however when my wife opened it she was in tears, SHE LOVES IT!!!... So much for my jewelry expertise!!!! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and very well presented as a finished product!!!.. A wonderful gift for the pet lover in your life. Our 3 rescue fur-kids did a great job picking this out for their Mom!!.. Thank you for all your hard work T..... It is perfect!!!!

The necklace turned out great and my aunt LOVES it
The first time the necklace was finished it didn't come out right, the name on one of the bones didn't fit, so she immediately contacted me letting me know that she was fixing it and as soon as it was done she expedited the shipping so it would get to my aunt on time for Christmas! The necklace turned out great and my aunt LOVES it! I will absolutely order from a charmed impression again!

Lost and Never Found
I love the picture ordered it for a Christmas gift for my daughter and her new puppy, but somewhere the package was lost. I was so broken hearted cause I know she would have loved it as much as I did. Just wish I knew what happened to it.

When I received my necklace it was so beautiful and touching. It made me cry thinking of my babies I have lost!! This necklace feels like there close to me and my heart and there still with me!!!
