Knowing what you're doing with this is important. Although it doesn't come with strict by-the-letter instructions for use, like most prescriptions or OTC pharms do, most of it's common sense. If you're going to take it on an empty stomach, you're going to have a bad time. If you're going to take it with coffee or red bull, you're going to have a bad time. If you need this to wake up, you're going to have a bad time. But, if you need a metabolism booster, or- like me- a "get off your butt and do something because just sitting around is umcomfortable" supplement, this is great. Take this after eating. Don't have any other sources of stimulants in your diet. Drink a lot of water. Don't drink a lot of alcohol. And, despite the label, don't take 3 in a day. The only recovery from caffeine addiction is the total absence of caffeine for a while, kids. It's more an underlying energy and tension than a full-on manic episode. If you're looking for a buzz, try chewing tobacco or low doses of kratom. Shipped pretty fast, received 2 sealed bottles. Bottom line: If you need a kick-grass energy supplement that hits hard, and you know EXACTLY what you're doing, go for it. If you're looking for a caffeine high, maybe you should just get your parents to buy you monster. Would buy again, whenever this supply runs out.

This stuff is so potent that your body will panic and try to vomit it out before it fully digests and even then your heart is going to be beating so fast that you have to stop moving and regulate your breathing so that you don't hyperventilate and go into cardiac arrest. you are going to be so jittery that you wont be able to hold a glass of water without spilling it. I mean it will leave you feeling like you are being constantly eletrocuted by a very weak electrical current and it's amazing so if you dont care about your health and need some pep to get to get a job done this is the stuff you want.

Terrible for you but a lot cheaper than buying at convenience store!

I'm taking 1 of these in the morning instead of drinking high-calorie coffee that often makes my stomach feel a little icky. These give me plenty of pep and no other effects.

I don't review often, and when I do it's usually positive, but this is an exception. This made me feel so horrible I don't even know where to begin. I did eat before taking them, but still... joint aches, muscle aches, mouth watering as if I'm about to puke (but couldn't - believe me I tried), constipation, hot/cold flashes, more jittery than a meth head, inability to sleep (even though taken at like 9 am), heart about to beat outta my chest. By far the worst of it was the naseau. The pre puke salivating is unbearable (and it was a lot and constant). Anything I ate or drink I'd burp it back up in minutes, basically throwing up in spurts. I felt like I'd been poisoned. They did give me energy I guess, but I couldn't do anything with it but lay in bed WIDE AWAKE praying for it to end. Reviews are good so you probably won't experience what I did, but just be warned... good lord be warned.

I am no stranger to massive amounts of caffeine, caffeine pills or energy boosters. I don’t experience side effects from caffeine or caffeine-energy supplements, ever, but there weren’t my favorite. I can’t say that I experienced much if any “boost”. I definitely cannot take them on an empty stomach without becoming extremely nauseous and that’s inconvenient for me. I’ve also felt edgy and a little jittery on the inside. I don’t like that. I prefer Stacker 3 to these.

Just what I needed at a great price will buy again.
