This is quite easy to use and wash as all the blades are all removable.This set allows you to grate, slice and julienne fruit, vegetables and other foodstuffs.The blades are extremely sharp and you get a holder with prongs that hold your food to avoid slicing and grating your fingers!There are no instructions included with this product and initially I was moving the veg fr on side to the other and found my onion kept falling apart at the end of the pot. I realised there is a "knack" to using and that is not to remove the food but slide back and forth with the handle in the precut guides. I found this much more successful and was able to slice onions and mushrooms going on to julienne a mushroom!Not as fast as a good processor, but for smaller quantities this works well as an an alternative and saves your fingers!

Good solid unit, but found the blades to be rather blunt. which when cutting onions for example, ended up with a mess.

Item did not come with instructions, fell apart on first use now in bin!!

Nice grater with a couple of options, the only thing I do not like is that once you grate carrots it discolour the white part of it. Still tend to use the ordinary one as this one is not suitable for everything especially cheese

I'm the chef in our house, so I've wanted a mandolin for a while. It's actually really useful rather than having a standard grater. A regular grater is a pain to wash, but this is easier as you just need to do the pieces which you've used.It's quicker to do certain things with just a knife, but this is still getting quite a bit of use. It's particular useful when you want things doing very finely, and for julienning vegetables.If you just want to grate a bit of garlic/nutmeg etc. you can just use the grater bits by themselves.When not in use, everything stores together which is very handy.

Brilliant for vegetables, fruit and cheese. Much better than my old grater, happy with my purchase.

The cutting area is quite small and the grater just turned a carrot into mush. Tried to slice it, blade didn't seem sharp enough so took a lot of effort for very messy slices. Returning it.

Disappointed with this gadget. The slicing was ok, but the other attachments weren't that precise - for example things like cucumber came out a bit mushy. Not that easy to use, or to separate bottom dish from the top and therefore nearly spilling contents. Wouldn't recommend.

Der Gemüsehobel wurde innerhalb eines Tages geliefert und funktioniert wie versprochen sehr gut.

Reinigung gelingt gut, aber wie es so ist mit Ecken, da darf man auch mal mit der Bürste rein. Einfach spülen geht da nicht.Alles was drauf steht, kann man auch machen und es ist schnell erledigt. In Sachen Vielseitigkeit also top.Steuerbarkeit, ist an sich gegeben, aber man muss sich reinfuchsen. Etwas Übung und es funktioniert.Im Groben und Ganzen gutes Produkt, sehr zufrieden damit. Etwas hakig am Anfang, hat man die Technik raus ist es ein guter Helfer in der Küche!
