If you are mounting it to the wall how do you get the 12” clearance behind the unit when the arms are only 24” and the unit is 19 deep?

forget the 12" clearance behind the unit. just mount the unit at the farthest point out on the arms. you will have sufficient clearance. mine works great.

I’m pretty sure it’s either 3/8” or 1/2” bit. I used lag bolts for brick. Didn’t really trust the plastic anchors on my 24000 btu unit.
