yes, as long as it's clean and has a reasonably smooth finish (no bumps, craters, potmarks, scratches, etc) Still better to seal the concrete

Equivalent to electrical tape, if that helps. If used outside, maybe temporarily

It's about a 4 mil. It has some stretch to it but not to much. For the price, not a bad product.

Is this yellow and black on the adhesive side (both sides)?
