This necklace was very important to me bc it was for my mother. We recently lost our sister (her daughter ) to lung cancer this past June. We had a miscommunication about the arrival time of the item. Though it was at no fault the seller, I was so upset . We weren't sure if the necklace would make it here in time for Christmas. The seller was amazing with communication. In good faith, he refunded me my money bc the tracking said the necklace wouldn't arrive until after the holidays. I ordered this necklace for my husband’s birthday and he absolutely loved it! On 1 side is him and his mom, the other side is both of his parents. The pictures does not do the necklace justice, it is gorgeous in person! I was very impressed with the weight and quality! Pendant is huge bigger than normal size

Once I ordered I thought it would take a while to ship but it only took maybe one or two days. I was nervous they hadn’t gotten my pictures on both sides, because the order shipped out so fast. I contacted they about my concern and they reassured me that my pictures were exactly how I customized it. I received the package two days earlier than the expected delivery date. When I gave it to my husband as a Father’s Day gift it was absolutely perfect!! Great color, clear, clean picture! It was everything that I wanted can’t wait to order one of my own!!!
