Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles

I got sudden shooting stabbing pain in my right heel after gardening on the Jubilee Thursday bank holiday. I couldn’t walk very far around the house at all without excruciating pain during the whole weekend. A call to my GP resulted in a physio call on the Tuesday by which time I was tearing my hair out ( five days in). Our GP still limiting face to face appointments. I had recently recovered from five months of sciatica and I was at the end of my tether. The physio diagnosed plantar fasciitis and advised exercises and ice treatment. At work constant sitting down and standing up was taking its toll so I decided to try insoles. Prescribed pain killers did work fantastically but I didn’t want to rely on those. I was sceptical, thinking how on earth can insoles help at all? But I needed to try so read the reviews and ordered these. They fit perfectly in my shoe, no trimming. The bump in the middle seemed weird and I know some have said this was too uncomfortable for them. To be honest I found the bump fine, I couldn’t feel it on my right foot, and the left it just gave extra support. Perhaps it’s the shape of my feet? I cannot believe the difference these instantly made. I could get up from my chair, walk at normal pace with my normal stance all round the house with no pain or discomfort. They made a world of difference at work where I was back to my usual self. No pain! Unbelievable. They have given me back my confidence and this morning having woken up after the first full day of wearing them, I had only a little discomfort, not even proper pain, when I got out of bed and put my full weight into my foot. The insoles obviously provide the right support for me, and I am hopeful that with a few more days wear I won’t even be aware anything was wrong? I just looking forward to getting out in the good weather and doing things. Excellent product well worth the money! I am no longer miserable and the wife is so relieved about that! Update 8 July - pain free now for good couple of weeks. These have definitely helped my recovery.

Popped straight into my pair of Lacoste Leronds trainers as the insoles were removable. Even just the first step felt heavenly. Instant pressure taken off from my right arch and heel. Feel like my toes are splaying properly again. My only downside is that its a bit on the slim side so now that my toes splay, I can feel the edge of the insoles.

I suffer really badly in my left foot and my partner bought me these to try in my work boots. They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me. I wear a size 7 and the arch height for me is just right, I dont find it uncomfortable at all.

These have made a real difference. I took the insoles out of a brand new pair of Nike Air and couldn't believe how flimsy they were . Put these insoles in and they offer a much better support . My ankle , knee and hip pain has reduced , so clearly they're working. I'm 6 ' 6" and 17 stone, so the right support is very important. Nice and firm but had a good cushion effect. The size 12 fitted perfectly, no trimming required .

Great item. Arrived promptly and has helped my alignment so the foot pain has decreased.

good support but won't last for long periods of use to be honest iv had mine a month or so and can already feel them loosing the support but I am using them a minimum of 9hrs a day 6 days a week.

I have plantar fasciitis bad , I’ve not been able to walk properly since July , I’ve got arch fit work shoes which help but soon as I wore my normal foot wear I was in agony hurt to walk . These insoles work I can walk without pain they are comfy great fit in crocs , nb trainers very well made … highly recommend these I’m buying another pair as spares

Très bon produit lors de la présence d’une épine calcanéenne. Matériau souple pour le confirt mais assez rigide pour la tenue de la voûte. Il paraît que la tenue dans le temps est bonne (dixit mon kiné). Attention que l’épaisseur est plus importante que les semelles présentes dans les chaussures. Certaines paires n’acceptent pas la semelle, dans d’autres je déchausse plus facilement. Conseil : mesurer la taille de la semelle présente dans votre chaussure pour choisir la taille en cm et pas en pointure de pied

Sufro de fascitis plantar y quien lo tenga sabe que lo peor es el dolor al final del día. Con estas plantillas he notado un cambio brutal; llego a casa con los pies mucho menos cargados y sin ese pinchazo constante en el talón. El soporte del arco es firme pero cómodo y la absorción de impactos se nota en cada paso. Si pasas muchas horas de pie, valen cada euro. Totalmente recomendadas.

Richtig gute Einlagen die sehr gut stützen, den Fuß regulieren und einbetten. Sie eignen sich für einen Senk- Spreizfuß, heben das Fußgewölbe und entlasten somit auch das Großzehengrundgelenk/ Vorderfuß und die Sehnenplatte. Die Polsterung mittig ist für eine normale Fussform oder für jemanden mit leichter Spreizung. Die Gewölbestütze ist sehr gut. Die Einlagen sind ähnlich wie orthopädische Maßanfertigungen etwas hoch und evtl. muss im Schuh die Innensohle erst entfernt werden um die neue Sohle einzulegen. Die Größe ist stimmig mit den Zahlenangaben. Meine waren für mich persönlich etwas zu breit und zu lang weshalb ich den vorderen Teil einfach mit einer Schere passend abgeschnitten habe. Wichtig ist ja nur der Sohlenbau mittig und hinten. Die Sohlenpolsterung liegt im mittleren Härtegrad. Ich denke daher nicht, dass sie bei täglicher Nutzung schnell durchgelaufen sein werden. Gewünscht hätte ich mir eine Fersensporn-Aussparung aber da ich bislang keine Beschwerden hatte, ist das nur mal so ein Gedanke. Perfekt wäre es gewesen wenn auf der Unterseite der Sohlen Linien vorgezeichnet gewesen wären, die man formexakt einfach hätte abschneiden können. Die Reinigung ist sehr simpel. Einfach waschen und trocknen lassen. Tolles Preis-Leistungsergebnis.
