Extremely good customer service
Absolutely fantastic no frills and straight down to business product. Performs exactly as per specifications and solves the purpose of a kitchen scale. Very easy to use and fairly accurate. The customer service of Dr Trust is extremely efficient. My product developed a defect in warranty period and was promptly replaced by Dr Trust after intimating them over a WhatsApp chat, without wasting much of my time by going through various levels of customer care. Overall a good product and superb customer care.

It completely depends on sensors
The equipment quality is top-notch. And I am using it from last 1 year in a high dust environment. Problem is Sometimes It will give multiple results, if the surface is not completely flat...even on slightest tilt wrong result comes.

DO NOT BUY worst product. worked for a few months then suddenly stopped. I tried to claim the 3 year warrenty and they told the pickup charges are 250 rupees and we should bear the transport charges. What's the point of this if we can get a new one for the same price. I ordered s400 weighing scale for 200 rupees instead. Worst ever service. Do not buy

Works as advertised, Decent Customer service experience
The product ordered had it's screen malfunctioning within a month, through it was used just twice in that period. Also battery seemed a bit loose! Contacted customer support through WhatsApp. They said we were supposed to register product within a week in their website for warranty. But anyway, they finally agreed to delayed Registation and asked details of product, photos etc. After a few days of conversation, they asked as to shipnthe product. And in a few days, they have processed for a replacement. Hoping the replaced product doesn't face any issues.

I'm absolutely in love with my Dr. Trust kitchen weighing scale! It's incredibly accurate and easy to use. easy to use and accurate
its a must have appliance in everyone’s kitchen, especially those who make baked and sweet items frequently which require precision weighing techniques. after few usage it developed some technical glitch but the manufactures provided prompt service support and now it is again functioning as per expectations.
