I ordered this for my 8yr old son and I to get familiar with flying a drone. I had read this was a great starter drone and this did not disappoint. However, the first time we tried flying it outdoors we werent able to control it above the trees as the wind caught it. It disappeared into the forest and we were unable to locate it. I called customer service and they agreed to send a new drone right away. The drone came about a week later and we've been flying it ever since. Needless to say, we are more careful now when flying outdoors. The new drone has been a blast to fly and we recommend!

Ordered a HS 110D and one day after receiving it, one of the propeller motors quit working. Contacted Holy Stone and they sent a replacement promptly. Works great, easy to learn and operate. Excellent customer service!

Customer service was awesome

Went together very easily and quickly. Not quite as easy to fly as I had hoped but the kids are learning quickly. One thing - the rotor guards worked nicely but came off too easily. We ended up tying them in place so they stayed on better. Would recommend.

It was a gift

For the money, this is a fantastic beginner level drone. Stable flight, very easy to control, and decent flight time!!
