This dye is a very good product. I used this with Gildian brand tshirts and they are still bright after multiple washes. 10/10

I think this kit is definitely worth the price. The rubber bands and gloves made the dyeing process easy without forcing to scrub my hands for hours. The dye also worked great in t he r white clothes I used it on. And the color has not faded since then.

Bought to recolor a pair of shorts I always wear. It did a great job but not as dark as my garment was. Started to fade with time, even though I set the color with vinegar after the application.

I didn't add soap like the instruction read. I poured the dye. I heated water but not to boiling point. I removed from stove and poured into plastic container big enough to lay the Pinlock insert flat. I placed Pinlock insert in water for about 20 seconds and removed, rinsed with cold water. I repeated this until I got the shade I wanted. I don't recommend leaving for longer times as Pinlock inserts have a thin film which is what absorbs the moisture from your breath. If you leave to long the film can wrinkle and peel off. If the shield warps a bit, no worries. It'll straighten out when you pin it to your shield. Crystal clear effect!

I followed the directions in the box to make shirts for the 4th of July and all came out pink.

Loved this dye! I love thrifting and recently thrifted a red cashmere sweater, however the red was a little bright for my skin tone. I used Rit dye with hot water and white vinegar in a big pot and then let the sweater air dry on a towel and the color is now a gorgeous wine red color! I get compliments whenever I wear it!I also had a pretty red silk button up I had thrifted as well. My friends puppy accident stained it. After washing, I still couldn't salvage it. Decided to try the Rit dye and was able to simply re-dye the whole garment and it's perfect! Love this product!

Rit bottle did not have a seal and arrived half empty. The squeeze bottle had a large gash in the bottom, leaving it unusable.
