Effective in use
This was a present for my son who has stiffness in his hands. It looks good and everything is included to adjust the size. He is very pleased as it is helping the stiffness in his hands making them more flexible.

Great bracelet
Great for rheumatism, and comfortable to wear, a bit fiddley to adjust but not too bad.

Good quality bracelet
Good quality bracelet, fairly easy to add/remove links to size with tool provided (need very good eyesight or a magnifying glass!). Not sure about any health benefit claims though, only had it on for a few days so time will tell. Catch can be a little awkward, although I don’t think it would accidentally come undone.

Doesent arrive fully assembled
Bought thia to change with existing bracelet i already own, This is good quality and looks great , pins a bit fiddley to handle to either add or remove pins, you need patience handling item.

Not so effective as they say. Nice looking wrist band and comfortable, but not sure it is as good as advertised!
