Excellent quality.
This is an excellent slotted spoon! Nice length and good craftsmanship. Very nice weight and structure. Albeit more expensive vs. others... but this one should last a lifetime.

No rust or metal flakes!
I bought this to replace and ancient spatula my husband used to deep fry fish at the outside grill. This one is very easy to clean (dishwasher) and the handle is long enough to prevent splatters on his hand or arm. No chrome to rust or flake. Quite substantial. Should hold up to become ancient!
